What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program consisting of constantly varied movements that are fun and effective. We aim to improve peoples quality of life, to prepare you for those everyday challenges and to provide a safe welcoming space to come learn, train and make friends.

CrossFit works for anyone. CrossFit can be scaled for anyone.

What to expect when you come to CrossFit Blackpool

We offer a whole range of classes, including CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, HYROX, Legends, CrossFit Kids and Teens.

We know it can be a little nerve wrecking stepping into the gym for the first time, but our coaches are there to support, provide demonstrations, options for scaling and direct you through the workout.

Our members are friendly and create a warm and welcoming environment. We always bring the atmosphere and encourage you in every workout.

Whatever point you are at in your fitness journey every movement can and adapted to suit your needs.

Above anything else, CrossFit provides a community.

I was never really someone that was into the gym that much, but since joining CrossFit Blackpool I now make it a priority. The environment the coaches and other members create in the gym really encourage you to push yourself every time you’re there. Since joining I m the strongest, fittest and healthiest I have ever been.
