

Strength & Fitness
Our Strong Girls programme provides a safe and supportive space for girls to learn strength and conditioning, addressing the lack of accessible training options for them. With well-documented health benefits, our programme introduces weightlifting, bodyweight movements, squats, presses, sprints, and cardio exercises in a fun and scalable way. Each workout is tailored to individual abilities, ensuring safety while delivering effective training.

Nutrition
We provide clear information on the role of good nutrition in health, emphasising whole foods like meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, healthy starches, and fruit. Our goal is to counter misinformation about fad diets and miracle supplements, helping young people understand proper nutrition.

Enrichment
Our enrichment activities will be headed by members of our gym community. We have a large and very enthusiastic gym community with skills, stories and abilities they have volunteered to share. Most of our enrichment leads are women, providing role modelling and visibility of the different jobs, lives, and possibilities open to our young participants.

Resilience, Fun, Social
We aim to show teenage girls the fun of being strong and appreciating what their bodies can do, rather than how they look. Open to all ages, shapes, and abilities, our programme fosters resilience, friendships, and a supportive, inclusive training environment where everyone grows together.
