Hyrox
Hyrox is a global fitness competition blending functional fitness and endurance through eight rounds of intense exercises paired with 1km runs. Standardised exercises include Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpees, Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer’s Carry, and Sandbag Lunges. This demanding mix tests strength, speed, endurance, metabolic conditioning, and mental toughness.
